Who runs this site

This is the personal website of racing driver Andrei Duna, run by Andrei Duna as a private individual in Romania. You can reach him at andreiduna27@gmail.com. The site sells nothing and asks for no registration or payment.

What the site is for

The site presents Andrei's racing career, results and partners, and gives a way to get in touch. You may browse it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link back.

You may not:

• copy, republish or sell the site's photos, design, 3D models, text or other content beyond what is allowed above or by law, without written permission;
• use the site or its content in a way that suggests Andrei endorses you, a product or a cause;
• attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale or otherwise disrupt the site or the systems that host it;

Results and information

Race results, standings and statistics are taken from the championships' official classifications and other published sources, and are given for information only. They may contain errors, may change after publication (for example after stewards' decisions), and are not an official record. Dates of future events are as announced by the organisers and can change. Please check the organisers' own documents before relying on any figure.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and platforms, such as social networks, video sites and championship pages. They are run by others, under their own terms and privacy policies, and Andrei is not responsible for their content or practices.

Enquiries and partnerships

Writing to the contact address, including through the business enquiries link, does not create any contract or obligation. Any sponsorship, partnership or other arrangement is only agreed separately, in writing.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is and as available. It may change, be interrupted or be taken down at any time, and no guarantee is given that it will always be available or free of errors.
